Summer Camp Week 7: July 13th-17th
Morning Meditation (LASC Morning Care)
Grades: K-8th
Summer Camp Week 7, July 13th-17th | K - 8th Grade | $50 ($45 Members)
Need to drop off early? No problem, begin the day by joining our morning meditation starting at 9 am. Students can enjoy activities such as yoga, stretching, getting your body moving, and more all while under the stars in our planetarium. LASC staff will guide students to their classrooms at 8:45 am.
Wonderful World of Rainbows
Grades: Pre-K (ages 3-5)
Teacher: Brittany Morton | July 13th-17th, 9:00am - 12:00 pm | $200 ($175 Members)

Welcome to the Wonderful World of Rainbows: a fun-filled, colorful adventure where young explorers will discover the magic of rainbows and all the vibrant colors of the world! Through hands-on activities, arts and crafts, music, movement, and storytelling, your preschooler will experience the beauty of light, color, and imagination in a way that's perfect for their curious minds.
This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide one peanut-free snack, and a personal water bottle for their child.
MAD Camp
Grades: K-2nd

In this lively camp, students will explore three exciting themes; music, art, and dance! Campers will discover famous art styles and create colorful artwork inspired by different art periods while learning about rhythm, beat, and melody through fun music activities. Students will move, dance, and express themselves through creative movement, and even build their own instruments using recycled materials. This joyful camp encourages creativity, self-expression, and lots of fun through art, music, and dance!
This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide two peanut free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.
Shark Week
Grades: K-5th
Teachers: Ruth Cathy | July 13th-17th, 9:00am - 4:00pm | $350 ($325 Members)

Dive into a deep-sea adventure and discover the fascinating world of sharks! Campers will learn amazing shark facts, play shark themed games, sing fun shark-themed songs, and explore what makes these ocean animals so unique. They’ll create creative projects like shark bookmarks, sun catchers, and other ocean-inspired art, and even head to the kitchen to make sweet, shark-themed treats. This playful camp is perfect for young ocean lovers who enjoy learning, creating, and having a little fin-tastic fun!

Fantasy World
Grades: 3rd-5th
Teacher: Kristin Sauer | July 13th-17th, 9:00am - 4:00pm | $350 ($325 Members)
Grades: 3rd-5th grade
Step into a magical adventure where imagination leads the way! In this fantasy-themed summer camp, campers will build their own enchanted worlds using their creative minds and a variety of materials. Students will bring their spaces to life with mythical creatures made from clay and recycled materials. Throughout the week, campers will combine art, engineering, and science as they construct castles, create “wizard” potions, and more. The week concludes with a Fantasy Fair, where campers will showcase their creations to LASC staff and parents.

Culinary Science
Grades: 6th-8th
Teacher: | July 13th-17th, 9:00am - 4:00pm | $365 ($340 Members)
Grades: 6th-8th grade
You can’t have one without the other! This hands-on camp blends cooking and chemistry for middle schoolers interested in both science and food. Students will learn cooking skills, kitchen safety, and the science behind what happens in the kitchen while practicing how to read recipes and prepare a variety of dishes. Along the way, campers will relax, have fun, and record their recipes in their own cookbooks in preparation for students to be confident and ready to cook at home for their families.

Learning Lounge LASC Aftercare
Grades: K-8th
Summer Camp Week 7, July 13th-17th | K - 8th Grade | $50 ($45 Members)
Join LASC for the aftercare Learning Lounge. Students can enjoy supervised crafts, games, activities and recreation time after class. Students must be picked up by 5:30pm.
