Mug Making: Hand-Building

Join us for a fun mug-making class! Students will learn the art of hand-building with clay and use these techniques to create beautiful, handcrafted mugs to take home and enjoy their favorite hot drinks.
Basic Ceramics
Adult Summer Camp Ages 18+

Unwind and get creative in this adult ceramics summer camp! This beginner-friendly class introduces the fundamentals of working with clay, including hand-building techniques, basic forms, and even some wheel throwing; if you’re feeling brave! Participants will learn how clay transforms from soft material to finished ceramic through drying, firing, and glazing. Already have some ceramics experience? Don’t let that stop you from joining in the fun. Our studio is designed for all skill levels, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn new tips and techniques from our fantastic instructor, Marianne Brown, in a creative and fun environment.
