Dear Parents:
Thank you for inquiring
about private lessons at the Living Arts and Science Center.
If after reading this
information, you would like to schedule a lesson, please call with your
availability and teacher preference. We will pass this information on to the
teacher and he or she will contact you. *Please note that during the summer we
do not schedule private lessons as our building is in constant heavy use. If the
teacher you want to work with is willing to come to you then that is something
you can arrange independently with the teacher and the LASC will not be
involved.

Private Lessons
We will pass your request on to our staff of teachers who provide private
lessons. One of them will contact you.
We may not have the teacher you require for your
child’s needs.
Private lesson, per hour
$35.00 (M) $45.00 (NM)
Semi private lesson, per hour*
$40.00 (M) $50.00 (NM) for two children*
$45.00 (M) $55.00 (NM) for three children*
*Semi Private lessons must be attended by the same children at each lesson, no
substitutes please.
Fee

Use of a classroom during the lesson
All materials needed for the lesson

Important LASC Lesson Policies
1. Students must be willing and ready to focus on
the lesson for 1 hour and willing to complete any assignments.
2. Lessons must be scheduled with the teacher during our regular hours. *No
lessons here in the summer.
3. Scheduled lessons must be paid for in advance. Credit card can be used
to guarantee the time.
4. Notify the teacher and LASC at least 24hr. in advance of any cancellation
or you will be charged for the lesson.
5.
After the
first lesson you are required to schedule the next lessons and pay in advance
for the number of lessons you have
scheduled.
